EOC Program Institutional Membership $100

• This membership includes 2 votes at the NEOCA business meeting
• Qualifies your program participants to apply for the NEOCA Scholarships

Affiliate Membership $75

• This membership does not include voting rights at the NEOCA business meeting
• Qualifies your program participants to apply for the NEOCA Scholarships

NEOCA Annual Program Institutional Membership runs from January 1 to December 31.

Note: In order for your participants to be eligible to apply for the NEOCA Scholarship, you must be a current NEOCA Program/Institutional member!

Steps for NEOCA Program Institutional or Affiliate Membership:

1. Complete the appropriate form based on your method of payment:

2. Pay the membership fee once invoiced.

Please Note: An invoice will automatically be created and e-mailed to you when you complete and submit the NEOCA Membership form from the provided link in either step 1 or step 2
